The origin of the saying there but for the grace of God go I is unknown, but it has been in use since at least the 1700s. It is sometimes shortened to there but for the grace of God or but for the grace of God.
However it is expressed, there but for the grace of God go I is a statement of humility and gratitude that acknowledges one’s own sinful nature and the need for God’s grace. One of the earliest attributions of the saying is to John Bradford, an English Reformer, who supposedly said it as he watched people led to execution for their crimes. In a sense he was saying, “That could have been me but for God’s grace.”
In a more secular use, there but for the grace of God go I can mean something like, “I’m glad that didn’t happen to me.” Sir Arthur Conan Doyle used a version of the saying in one of his Sherlock Holmes stories and attributes it to Puritan leader Robert Baxter (The New Annotated Sherlock Holmes, Vol. 1., Klinger, L., ed., W. W. Norton & Co., 2005, p. 101).
In a way, the attitude of “there but for the grace of God go I” is an antidote to judgmentalism. When we see someone who is down and out, who is suffering hardship, or who is reaping unpleasant consequences, we can respond in two basic ways. We can say, “He deserves it and should have made better choices,” or we can say, “There but for the grace of God go I.” The first response is what Job’s three friends ultimately chose; the second response shows empathy as we acknowledge the kindness of God toward us and extend that kindness to the one in trouble.
At the heart of the saying there but for the grace of God go I is an idea very much present in Scripture. The apostle Paul describes God’s grace in 1 Corinthians 15:9–10: “For I am the least of the apostles and do not even deserve to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.”
Paul was under no delusions that he had any special qualifications or attributes that made him worthy of the calling of apostle. In fact, before Paul encountered Jesus on the road to Damascus (Acts 9), he was systematically arresting Christians, and he was party to at least one murder (Acts 7:57–58). To go from killing those who believed in Jesus to proclaiming the good news of Jesus can only be a work of God’s grace.
Like Paul, we have no special qualities that make us worthy of salvation. Before God saved us, we were “dead in [our] transgressions and sins” (Ephesians 2:1). God forgave our sin in Christ and raised us to newness of life (Romans 6:4). There is nothing in us, about us, or done by us that can earn grace from God. We simply receive it through faith (Ephesians 2:8–9).
When a Christian says, “There but for the grace of God go I,” he or she is expressing thanks for “the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us” (Ephesians 1:7–8) and at the same time confessing his or her nature and the bent we all have toward destruction. It is the gracious, preserving power of God that strengthens us in temptation, sustains us through difficulty, and keeps us from utter ruin.
Paul admonished us to maintain a humble spirit: “For by the grace given to me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you” (Romans 12:3). And he chose daily to live under the grace so freely given: “But by the grace of God I am what I am,” he wrote. And so are we.
In Acts 20:17–38, the apostle Paul, on his third missionary journey, is hurrying back to Jerusalem, determined to arrive in time for the Feast of Pentecost. Fully aware that suffering, danger, and imprisonment lie ahead, Paul seeks one last opportunity to minister encouragement to the believers in Ephesus. Thus, he stops in Miletus, a coastal city in southwest Asia Minor, and invites the elders of the Ephesian church to meet him there. In his farewell address, Paul lays bare the heartbeat of his ministry and message: “But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God” (Acts 20:24, ESV).
Nothing but the gospel of the grace of God mattered to Paul; everything else was worthless and of no value to him (see Philippians 3:1–11). He had one priority: “telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God” (Acts 20:24, NLT). The English word gospel (euangelion in Greek) means “good news” or “good message.” For Paul and the early Christians, this was not just any good news, but the life-transforming message about Jesus Christ—His death and resurrection for the salvation of humanity.
Grace (charitos in Greek) refers to God’s goodwill, favor, and kindness freely given to us, despite our unworthiness. We cannot earn or achieve God’s grace through our own merit, efforts, or good deeds; rather, it is a gift from Him. Our heavenly Father most fully reveals His grace to us through the gift of salvation that comes through believing in His Son, Jesus Christ (John 3:16; Romans 5:8, 15; 2 Corinthians 5:18–19; Ephesians 1:5–6; 2:8–9; Titus 2:11).
The gospel of the grace of God is the glad announcement that God, out of sheer love and kindness, has provided the way for our salvation through Jesus Christ. By placing our faith in Jesus and His atoning sacrifice on the cross, we are granted redemption and complete forgiveness of our sins (Acts 13:38–39; Romans 3:22–24; 5:1–2, 16–17; Ephesians 2:4–5; 1 Peter 1:10). The God of all grace has covered our sin with the blood of Jesus (Romans 5:17; Hebrews 12:24; Ephesians 2:13; Titus 3:5; Revelation 1:5). He gives us His extraordinary, life-saving grace “not because we deserved it, but because that was his plan from before the beginning of time—to show us his grace through Christ Jesus” (2 Timothy 1:9, NLT).
The gospel of the grace of God assures believers that their standing before God is forever secure because it rests on what Christ has done, not on their own achievements or failures: “When God our Savior revealed his kindness and love, he saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit. He generously poured out the Spirit upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior. Because of his grace he made us right in his sight and gave us confidence that we will inherit eternal life” (Titus 3:4–7, NLT; see also Romans 3:21–26). Our new identity and our eternal future are grounded in God’s kindness, mercy, and grace.
The gospel of God’s grace transforms our lives (2 Corinthians 5:17), freeing us from guilt, shame, and the impossible burden of earning God’s acceptance (Romans 5:1–2; 8:1–2; 2 Corinthians 12:9; Titus 2:11–14; Hebrews 4:16). It allows us to receive God’s love deep in our hearts (Romans 5:5; Ephesians 3:17–19), to live in gratitude (Ephesians 5:20; 1 Thessalonians 1:2; 5:16–18), and to extend grace to others (2 Corinthians 9:8; Colossians 3:12–13).
Paul’s goal—his driving purpose in life—was to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. After the Lord met him on the road to Damascus, Paul spent the remainder of his days sharing the hope of salvation in Jesus. He would never give up, but would run like an Olympic athlete, keeping his eyes on the finish line and the prize awaiting him in heaven (1 Corinthians 9:24–27; 2 Corinthians 4:7—5:10; Philippians 3:13–14; 2 Timothy 4:7–8). The good news of God’s grace in Jesus Christ is the anthem of the Christian faith. The gospel continues to offer hope and transformation to all who hear and receive it.
After giving instructions on holy living to various groups within the Cretan church, Paul states the motivation behind the instructions: “For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men” (Titus 2:11, NKJV). That grace teaches us that, “denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age” (Titus 2:12, NKJV).
Some use Titus 2:11 to promote the erroneous idea of universalism. They reason that, if God’s grace brings salvation, and it has appeared to everyone, then everyone will be saved. This view ignores two things: 1) it overlooks the many passages of Scripture that warn the unrepentant of eternal hellfire (e.g., Matthew 23:33; 2 Thessalonians 1:8–9). And 2) it overlooks the difference between salvation received and grace revealed.
Titus 2:11 says that the grace of God is seen by all, not that salvation belongs to all. The sending of God’s Son into the world was an act of grace that all could see. The ministry of Jesus, marked as it was by healing and compassion, also plainly revealed the grace of God to all. And, more than any other event, the sacrificial death of Christ showed the grace of God to all mankind.
God’s grace “has appeared,” according to Titus 2:11. The Greek word translated “has appeared” is the source of our English word epiphany. A form of the word also occurs in Luke 1:78–79, where Zechariah prophesies that “the rising sun will come to us from heaven to shine [epiphanai] on those living in darkness.” The same word is also found in Acts 27:20, where it again references the shining of the sun.
The Old Testament prophets predicted the appearance of God’s glory, using metaphors associated with light and sunrise:
The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned. (Isaiah 9:2)
Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. (Isaiah 60:1)
Though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light. (Micah 7:8)
But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. (Malachi 4:2)
Titus 2:11 presents the coming of the grace of God as a sunrise after a dark night; its beams of salvation spreading far and wide. All the world is aware of that sunrise, whether or not they choose to respond.
Grace has been revealed, but salvation must still be received. God’s grace brings salvation in the sense of extending the offer of salvation and presenting it to all mankind. The NIV translates Titus 2:11 in a way that brings out that sense: “For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people.” In His grace, God presents salvation for acceptance. His desire is that all would accept it.
Also of note in Titus 2:11 is the agency of salvation: grace. It is only through the grace of God that salvation is available. People are saved by grace, through faith (see Ephesians 2:8–9). Not everyone will be saved, but grace is the only means to save them.

Tea Time Manna
I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God — this is your spiritual act of worship.
—Romans 12:1
Because God went first and sacrificed his most precious gift, Jesus, to save us, he can ask us to surrender ourselves to him. Only one problem: The sorry ol’ sacrifice wants to keep crawling off the altar. Let’s admit it; talk of sacrifice and being a living sacrifice doesn’t sound all that enticing. Except offering ourselves to God is where we find life and find what is most enduring about ourselves. As the famous missionary Jim Elliot profoundly put it: “He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose.” We offer ourselves, our will, our time, our heart, our commitment, to God each day because of what he has already done for us, and the greater things he has promised us in the future!
Prayer
Holy and Righteous Savior, I want to surrender my life, my body, and will to you. But I confess, there are little things (and maybe some big things) that I keep from ever placing on that altar. Things I don’t want to give up. To the best of my ability, I will live for you today in a way that leaves nothing outside your Lordship and control. I offer you me — all that I have and am — to be yours today, and all the forever I have. In Jesus’ name. Amen and Amen

Christians that defect to the mark will receive it in the forehead
The mark in the forehead will only be for Christians that defect to the mark. satan knows that God will seal Christians with the seal of God in the forehead for protection during the great tribulation called the wrath of God. satan will mark all known christian taking the MOTB in the forehead to block the seal of God . MOTB in the hand will be non Christians only.
Rev 7:3 saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we shall have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.
Rev 9:4 And it was said unto them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree, but only such men as have not the seal of God on their foreheads.
The Mark (Seal) of God.
We learn about the Mark (Seal) of God in the Bible book of
(John’s) Revelations given to him by Jesus. Please note that the
Bible states that Revelations is a revelation from John. No it’s a
Revelation from Jesus to John. John was only recording it.
I just wanted to set this clear!
Rev 7:3 the angel said, “Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees, until
we mark the servants of our God with a seal on their foreheads.”
Rev 9:4 they were told not to harm the grass or the trees or any other
plant; they could harm only the people who did not have the mark of
God’s seal on their foreheads.
In Revelations 7: God gives the Angels orders not to do any
damage to the Earth until all His people received the Mark.
In Revelation 9: God gives orders to the Demons powers not to
harm the ones marked with the seal of God this being all
Gentiles.
Every Child of God that wants to enter the Capital City = The
Golden City called Heaven; The Holy of Holies has to have a
Mark of God they are sealed with.
I prayed to God, to please tell me what this Mark / Seal is and
how will we receive and qualify for this?
God answered me.
You Qualify by being Sin free for a while, The Mark is given after
the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit seals you with
the Mark of God for Eternal life!
The Holy Spirit of God gives us a stamp of approval to enter
Heaven (If I may explain it like this). We as Spirit filled Children
of God have to be approved / motivated to enter the Glory of God
The Holy Spirit Himself will place the Mark / Seal on your
forehead. When He is happy with your life and when He sees you
are totally sin free and stayed sin free for a while. You have to
live according to the constitution of the Kingdom of Heaven,
after you received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.
Read more about this in my book. “Are you Heaven Ready?”
The Constitution of Heaven
= the beatitudes as in Matt 5 v 1-14
Mat 5:1 Jesus saw the crowds and went up a hill, where he sat down. His
disciples gathered around him,
2 and he began to teach them:
3 “Happy are those who know they are spiritually poor; the Kingdom of
heaven belongs to them!
4 “Happy are those who mourn; God will comfort them!
5 “Happy are those who are humble; they will receive what God has
promised!
6 “Happy are those whose greatest desire is to do what God requires;
God will satisfy them fully!
7 “Happy are those who are merciful to others; God will be merciful to
them!
8 “Happy are the pure in heart; they will see God!
9 “Happy are those who work for peace; God will call them his children!
10 “Happy are those who are persecuted because they do what God
requires; the Kingdom of heaven belongs to them!
11 “Happy are you when people insult you and persecute you and tell all
kinds of evil lies against you because you are my followers.
12 Be happy and glad, for a great reward is kept for you in heaven. This
is how the prophets who lived before you were persecuted.
13 “You are like salt for the whole human race but if salt loses its
saltiness, there is no way to make it salty again. It has become
worthless, so it is thrown out and people trample on it.
14 “You are like light for the whole world a city built on a hill cannot be
hid.
Then the Holy Spirit Himself will write your name in the Book of
Life as per Revelations 20
Rev 20:12 and I saw the dead, the small and the great, stand before God.
And books were opened, and another book was opened, which is the
Book of Life. And the dead were judged out of those things which were
written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead in it. And death and hell delivered up the
dead in them. And each one of them was judged according to their
works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the Lake of Fire. This is the second
death.
15 and if anyone was not found having been written in the Book of Life,
he was cast into the Lake of Fire.
If your name is not written in the Book of Life, you will not be
allowed in Heaven.
The seal of God = the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. According to
Eph 1:13 in whom also you, hearing the Word of Truth, the gospel of our
salvation, in whom also believing, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit
of promise,
A special mark of God (the NCV Bible) you have to be motivated
by the Holy Spirit to enter the Capital City of the Kingdom of
God. Live according to the Kingdom of God’s rules and
regulations.
The Bible is very clear on the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and you
have to use your Gift/gifts given to you by one or a combination
of the 7 Spirits of God, and bear the fruits of the Spirit in you as
per 1 Co 12 and Gal 5 v 22.
Note this: we as Children of God already Baptized by the Spirit and you have to bear these fruits and use our Gifts to build the
Kingdom of God. But we also need regular top ups from the Holy
Spirit to stay full of the Spirit.
Rom 8:16. The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are
the children of God.And the Holy Spirit witnesses to God about the condition of our spirit, if we are ready or not
1Co 2:10 but God has revealed them to us by His Spirit; for the Spirit
searches all things, yea, the deep things of God.
11 For who among men knows the things of a man except the spirit of
man within him? So also no one knows the things of God except the Spirit
of God.
Without the Mark / Seal of God – no access to Heaven
3+9=12 “3+9=” Revelation from God in my book “Living with

Accepting Jesus as your savoir 3 being the number of Jesus
and Step 3 to the 12 Steps to Heaven.
Being baptized by the Holy Spirit – 9 being the number of the

And our destination – 12 being the number for Heaven and
Step 12 of the 12 steps to Heaven.
The Baptism Team from Heaven investigates your spirit to see if
you are Heaven ready.
In the last day the sinners will even offer the Children of God
money to receive the Seal of God. Just as in Acts 8 v 18 as Simon
did
Even Satan (Lucifer) has jumped on the band wagon, to get false
prophets within your church to mislead the Christians, in
thinking and even believing they are baptized in the Spirit. While
they are not!
To explain this statement: Some False Prophets will come with
the message “get baptism of the Holy Spirit here”! Then they will
invite you to the front. And say to you, by taking in false tongues.
Copy me, copy this tongues I speak and when you get it right,
they will slap you on the shoulder and tell you even assure you,
you have now been baptized by the Holy Spirit.
These followers of Satan will copy the gifts of the Spirit with the
help of the spirit of darkness.
The Christians will believe them, and fall for the biggest
deception anybody can ever fall for. Thinking they received the
Baptism of the Holy Spirit and that they are Heaven Ready.
Watch for this False Prophets – they come as the
Angel of the light!
The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is extremely special. And you will
know, as you know, you baptized. It will be a supernatural
happening in your live.
Everybody that ever received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit in
the past will witness, it’s an experience you will never forget.
An experience out of this World
Pray to God for this wonderful gift; don’t trust anybody with
your future. Make very certain you reach Heaven!
According to Rev 14 v 4
4. These are those who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were
redeemed from among men, as a first fruit to God and to the Lamb.
5. and in their mouth was found no guile, for they were without blemish
before the throne of God.
Those clean and pure with God’s seal on their foreheads will be
the one’s allowed in Heaven, minutes after the Great White
Throne Judgment.
In the Old Testament of God, and instructions from God to
Moses, a sacred Medallion of pure gold was made to be worn by
the High Priest. This Medallion was tied to the head of the Priest
over the turban with a dark blue – purple cord. Aaron was the
High Priest at that stage and without this medallion he was not
allowed into the Holy of Holies – The presence of the LORD.
Engraved on this sacred medallion the words
“Set Apart as Holy to the LORD”
Without this Medallion no High Priest was allowed to enter the
Holy of Holies – The room where the Ark of God was kept the
Holy of HOLIES. Now Heaven is the replica of this Holy place.
The New Jerusalem in all its splendour and the Presence of the
Almighty God
The Mark (Seal) Medallion of God
The Seal of God
Ex. 39:30 they made the plate of the holy crown of pure gold, and wrote
on it an inscription, like the engraving of a signet, “Holy to the
LORD.”
31 And they tied to it a cord of blue to fasten it on the turban above, as
the LORD had commanded Moses.
“Set Apart as Holy to the LORD”
The New Living Translation
Approved and set apart by the Holy Spirit as Holy to enter the
Capital city of the Kingdom of God (Heaven) with this
Medallion/Mark/Seal/Plate of pure gold engraved by the hand
of the Holy Spirit on your four head.
Reading: “You have been set apart as Holy to the Lord.
You may enter the Great City, the City of God = Heaven
your new home.”
WOW! WOW! WOW!
Naturally you have to be declared / approved as Holy by the
Holy Spirit to enter the Holiness of the Holy City = Heaven.
That the number 3 means Jesus and the number 9 means The
Holy Spirit – so the number 9 is the word “Holy”
In another revelation “Living with Eternity on my Mind” the 12
steps to Heaven. We see that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is
also step 9, the way to the Holy of Holies. The Curtain between
the Holy section and the Holy of Holies is also step nr 9
according to the Old Testament.
The Comforter Baptism Team also brings 9 Gifts of the Spirit
and 9 fruits of the Spirit as per 1 Co 12 and Gal 5v22
All this not just by chance – God planned everything to the finest
detail.
We then come to the mark of God – the Seal of God.
999
9= Holy 9= Holy 9= Holy
Rev 4:8 And the four living creatures, each of them with six wings, are full
of eyes all around and within, and day and night they never cease to
say, “Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and
is and is to come!”
The Elders, the 4 Living Beings and all present called out the
whole day!
“Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was
and is and is to come!”
We need to be set apart as Holy to enter the Holy of Holies
Having the seal/mark/medallion of God
But as always the useless copy cat jumps on the band wagon.
Satan always does exactly the opposite that God does.
This Copy cat copies this Mark of God.
And it’s now known as the mark of the beast.
666
Exactly the mirror image of the Mark of God and twisted.

In the Bible it’s mentioned several times and at the Great White
Throne Judgment. The Sheep and Goats will be separated.
The Sheep – The Children of God – Spirit filled with the Mark of
God on their heads 999. Those set aside as holy to the LORD.
The Goats – The followers of Satan = filled with sin – set aside
for the Eternal Punishment – Hell with the mark of the beast on
their heads 666.
This is our choice!
Step 11: Of the 12 Steps to Heaven.
“Living with Eternity on my mind” a revelation from God
“Sealed for Eternity”
We have two options on this
1. Sealed for Eternity in Heaven. Bearing the Mark of God
2. Sealed for Eternity in Hell. Bearing the mark of the beast.
I hope you selected to right option.
Follow the 12 Steps to Heaven.
1. Admitting you’re a sinner in the World without God.
2. Turning away from sin.
3. Accepted Jesus Christ as your salvation.
4. Having Mustard seed faith in the Trinity.
5. Giving and receiving forgiveness.
6. The Baptism of water. Now a New Born Christian.
7. Bible study.
8. Building on Prayer, Faith and continues forgiveness.
9. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit.
10. Accepting your Discipleship.
11. Sealed for Eternity.
12. Heaven your Home.

Spirit and the 4 Cherubim. And you accepted your discipleship
according to Matt 28 v 18 – 20
The Great commission from Jesus to His Disciples
Mat 28:18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, all authority is

19 Therefore go and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the

20 teaching them to observe all things, whatever I commanded you.

Amen.
And you live within the Constitution of Heaven = the Beattitudes,
Bearing the Fruits and giving the Gifts of the Spirit.
Living with Heaven on your mind!
You will be sealed for Eternity – Approved for Heaven.
Set Apart as Holy to the Almighty God.
Mat 25:46 and these shall go away into everlasting punishment, but
the righteous into everlasting life.
Eph 2:8 for by grace you are saved through faith, and that not of
yourselves, it is the gift of God,
Eph 2:9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.

What Happens Next In Israel? Four Paths Out Of The Election Deadlock

Israel’s voters have delivered a result that neither side can easily call a victory. With most ballots counted, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s bloc is projected to hold about 53 seats, the opposition bloc led by Gadi Eisenkot about 48, and Arab-led parties 19. A majority requires 61 seats. The final count could shift the numbers, but the central problem is already clear: no side has an obvious path to govern.
Now the campaign gives way to bargaining. Netanyahu has called for a right-wing government. Eisenkot says the public voted for change. Yet each potential coalition carries a price that could fracture the very bloc trying to build it. Four scenarios are emerging—and none promises a quick or easy resolution.
1. Netanyahu Finds Defectors Or A Way To Assemble A Majority
Netanyahu’s most direct route would be to bring enough lawmakers from outside his bloc into the coalition, or persuade them to support a government from the sidelines. With his bloc projected at 53 seats, he needs eight more for a majority.
That is a steep climb. Members of the opposition entered the election promising a change of government, and defecting to rescue Netanyahu would expose them to a furious response from their voters. Still, Israeli politics is built on negotiation, and a lawmaker’s calculations can change when the alternative is another election—or when a specific deal offers a way to address urgent national concerns.
Netanyahu could also seek support through narrower agreements rather than a full coalition partnership. A party might back a government on confidence votes or key legislation without joining the cabinet. But such an arrangement would leave the government vulnerable whenever the parties disagree. A narrow majority assembled through personal defections or conditional support could be born with a short fuse.
This outcome would let Netanyahu argue that he had turned his bloc’s lead into a governing mandate. But the arithmetic would make clear that his government depended on more than the voters who backed his existing partners. The question would be whether those partners could tolerate compromises needed to keep it alive.
2. An Opposition Government Turns To Arab Parties
The opposition bloc and the Arab-led parties together have enough seats, on the preliminary count, to cross the 61-seat threshold. That makes them the most obvious alternative source of votes—and the most politically explosive one.
Some opposition figures have already urged their bloc to work with Arab parties. But cooperation is not a simple matter of adding seats. The opposition includes parties with sharply different views on security, the Palestinians, the judiciary and the future direction of the country. Several have rejected relying on Arab parties, while Arab leaders would seek influence over policy in return for their support.
The arrangement could take more than one form. Arab parties might join a coalition, support it from outside, or agree to back a government on selected votes. Each option would bring its own disputes over what that support means and what the government would be expected to deliver.
Such a government could remove Netanyahu from power, but it would begin under pressure to prove that it can govern across deep divisions. Its opponents would present it as a government dependent on parties they regard as hostile to Israel’s national interests. Its supporters would argue that Arab citizens voted in record numbers and deserve a voice in the country’s political decisions. Those arguments would not disappear on the day a coalition is sworn in; they would become part of the coalition’s daily survival test.
Iran Could Turn Coalition Talks Into A Security Test
There is another urgent question hanging over these negotiations: what happens if the fighting with Iran resumes? U.S. officials have reportedly warned regional allies to prepare for possible renewed military action after the American midterm elections. Nothing is settled, and diplomatic efforts are still underway, but the possibility is serious enough that Israel’s next government may have to confront a major security crisis almost as soon as it takes office.
That prospect could strengthen the argument for a unity government. If Israel faces another round of conflict, leaders may be pressed to show a united front at home as well as resolve abroad. But unity cannot be produced by simply calling for it. The parties would still have to settle who leads, what policies change, and whether they can cooperate when the country’s security is at stake. The Iran question may not end Israel’s political divisions, but it could make the cost of leaving them unresolved far more immediate.
3. A Unity Government Requires The Boycott To Break
A national unity government could be the most durable answer to a country divided between two blocs that cannot govern alone. It would also require a political reversal: Netanyahu’s opponents would have to abandon their refusal to serve with him, while Netanyahu and his partners would need to accept a government that does not simply reproduce the current right-wing coalition.
The case for unity is easy to make. Israel faces major security, economic and diplomatic challenges, and a government with broad support could claim a stronger mandate to confront them. The harder question is what unity would look like in practice. Would Netanyahu remain prime minister? Would a leading opposition figure share or eventually assume the role? Which parties would be excluded, and what policies would the coalition agree to postpone?
A unity government could also demand that Netanyahu’s most divisive partners accept limits on their influence. That may be difficult for him to offer and even harder for them to accept. On the other side, opposition voters who backed a change in leadership could see a deal with Netanyahu as a betrayal of the election’s central promise.
Still, a political boycott can become a trap when it prevents either side from forming a government. If leaders conclude that another election will not break the deadlock, the pressure to negotiate may eventually outweigh the pressure to maintain campaign pledges. Unity would mean deciding that the cost of continued paralysis has become greater than the cost of compromise.
4. Israel Goes Back To The Polls
If no leader can assemble a governing majority, another election may be the only route left. That would prolong the uncertainty while Netanyahu remains caretaker prime minister and party leaders prepare to ask the public the same basic question again.
But a new election would not automatically deliver a clearer answer. The first result has shown that voters can divide their support among multiple parties without producing a workable majority. The next campaign might redraw the political map—or return the country to nearly the same seat count, with the same deadlock and the same arguments about who can govern with whom.
Another vote could also reshape the debate. Party leaders would have to explain why negotiations failed, whether they rejected possible partners, and what they would do differently. Voters frustrated by prolonged bargaining could punish the parties they blame. Or they could reinforce their original choices, making the deadlock harder still to escape.
The Election Is Over. The Bargaining Has Just Begun.
Netanyahu’s bloc has an advantage, but not a majority. The opposition has a potential route to 61, but only through partnerships that many of its own members have resisted. A unity government could bring the broadest coalition, yet it would require the bitterest compromises. And another election could simply send the country back to the same impasse.
The possibility of renewed conflict with Iran adds urgency to every option. If hostilities resume, Israel’s leaders will face immediate pressure to act together—even as they argue over who should lead and what direction the country should take. The coming negotiations will test more than party arithmetic. They will reveal which promises leaders are willing to revise, which alliances they are willing to risk, and whether Israel’s divided political camps can form a government capable of meeting the challenges ahead.
Why Are So Many Countries Urging Citizens To Stockpile Emergency Supplies?

What in the world is going on? Why are governments all over the planet suddenly encouraging their citizens to become preppers? Do they know something that they aren’t telling us? If it was just one nation that was suddenly instructing people to stockpile food, water and other essential supplies, that wouldn’t be a big deal. But it isn’t just one nation.
As you will see below, quite a long list of countries have simultaneously decided that now is the time for everyone to get prepared. So what has prompted this sudden sense of urgency?
For some reason, governments in Europe seem to have more of a sense of urgency than anyone else…
Governments in the UK, Sweden, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands and France have encouraged households to keep food, water, medicines and other essentials available for emergencies.
I can’t recall a time when so many European governments have been so concerned about making sure that their citizens are prepared for an emergency.
In the UK, the “Be Ready campaign” has been launched.
Every citizen is being encouraged to stockpile at least enough food and bottled water to last for 72 hours…
Every Briton is being urged to stock up to nine litres of bottled water and three days’ worth of food in new government guidance designed to ensure that households can survive a weather, cyber or other serious emergency.
The Be Ready campaign is aimed at persuading people to stock up with supplies to last 72 hours, amid growing official concern about the impact of the climate crisis, technological dependency and hostile state threats.
Dan Jarvis, the security minister, said that “those who can follow this advice should follow this advice”. It amounted to “simple steps to be ready for everyday emergencies” as part of a wider, community-oriented effort “to improve our resilience as a nation”, he said.
So why has it suddenly become so important to do this?
The UK’s defense secretary is saying that it is because we “live in a more dangerous and turbulent world”…
UK families are suddenly being told to stock up on emergency supplies – and to prepare for war.
Wes Streeting, the UK’s defense secretary, went on a media blitz to push a new “Be Ready” campaign to boost Brits’ preparedness for crises — which he said could range from floods and wildfires to terrorism and cyber attacks and ultimately even war.
“There’s no sugarcoating the fact that we do live in a more dangerous and turbulent world,” Streeting told BBC’s “Newsnight.”
“It’s about saying to households across the country to be ready by just having some everyday essentials indoors should there be disruption from these sorts of events.”
Yes, our world has certainly become more “dangerous” and more “turbulent”, but I also get the impression that there is something that he isn’t telling us.
In Sweden, citizens are being told that they may have to survive on their own for at least a week “in case of crisis or war”…
In Sweden, the country’s civil defense guidance is warning households to be able to manage on their own for at least one week ‘in case of crisis or war.’
‘The state of the world has worsened drastically in recent years. War is being waged in our vicinity. Extreme weather events are becoming increasingly common. Terror threats, cyberattacks, and disinformation campaigns are being used to undermine and influence us,’ the bulletin stated.
It is noteworthy that Swedish authorities are using the word “war”, because a lot of people out there are convinced that military conflict is what has prompted all of this talk about preparing.
On social media, many are speculating that European governments are getting ready to go to war with Russia.
But if European governments are bracing for a military showdown with Russia, why is the government of Japan urging their citizens to stockpile food, water and other necessary supplies?…
Statements from Japan’s Disaster Management Minister indicate that the government is preparing to issue a national “emergency request” on November 2, 2026. The request aims to urge all households across the country to stockpile essential survival supplies. The announcement is planned for the same day as the official launch of Japan’s National Disaster Management Agency.
The new national agency will lead coordination efforts across the country regarding disaster planning, immediate emergency response, long-term recovery, and reconstruction.
I can’t remember the Japanese government ever doing anything like this.
Just like in the UK, Japanese citizens are being instructed to have enough on hand to last for at least three days…
The emergency request lays down a self-sufficiency window of at least three days. However, the Disaster Management Minister Gishi Hosono emphasized that a one-week supply is recommended wherever possible.
Here in the United States, Project FORTRESS has just been initiated.
The goal is for the U.S. military to be able to keep fighting for at least 90 days if all civilian infrastructure goes down…
The Pentagon is preparing U.S. military bases to keep operating for at least 90 days without outside support as it prepares for the possibility of a major war that could cripple power grids, disrupt supply chains and threaten critical infrastructure on American soil.
The new requirement is part of FORTRESS, a broader military initiative aimed at ensuring American forces can continue fighting even if the civilian systems they depend on are disrupted, according to documents reviewed by Fox News Digital.
“We don’t want to rely on standard civilian municipal infrastructure to run our national defense. We just simply can’t. It’s an intolerable risk,” Pentagon chief spokesperson Sean Parnell told Fox News Digital.
What kind of scenario would “cripple power grids, disrupt supply chains and threaten critical infrastructure”?
I can only think of a few, and most of them involve military conflict.
So what do they think might happen?
Shortly after we learned about Project FORTRESS, former Deputy Director of the FBI Dan Bongino issued a very urgent warning…
The former Deputy Director of the FBI has issued an urgent warning to Americans as countries worldwide start stockpiling supplies for a potential crisis.
Dan Bongino, who left the bureau in January, said the public needs to do what the UK and European governments are telling citizens: Have a preparedness plan and at least three days of food and power ready.
‘Have yourself an emergency radio, have yourself some batteries, get yourself some emergency food, get yourself a rain collection and water filtration, some filtration tablets,’ he said on Monday.
‘Get your stuff today. Please. Do it for your family,’ Bongino added.
Even though he no longer works for the government, Bongino still has lots of contacts inside the government.
Has he been told something that would prompt him to literally beg his listeners to go out and buy emergency supplies?
Someone should really ask him that question.
And why is he urging us to have a “rain collection” system?
You wouldn’t need to collect rain unless you were facing some sort of a long-term catastrophic emergency.
Without a doubt, everything that he is saying is wise advice.
But why has he suddenly developed such a sense of urgency?
I have a feeling that something big is coming.
Perhaps after the midterm elections in the United States we shall find out what it is.
