The Myth of the “Third Way” to Heaven

a Word from the Sheriff of the Church

In biblical theology, the timeline of God’s relationship with humanity is explicitly divided into two major frameworks: the Old Covenant (the First Way) and the New Covenant (the Second and Only Way). The Old Covenant, established through Moses, required human adherence to a system of laws and repetitive ritual sacrifices. Because humanity could not keep it, Jesus Christ instituted the New Covenant—a perfect, final arrangement where salvation is achieved purely by grace through faith in His completed sacrifice. Scripture is uncompromising on this exclusivity: Jesus is the only path, and there is no alternative framework. [

Yet, when looking at the vast landscape of global church traditions, an unsettling paradox emerges. While nearly every denomination confesses the New Covenant in theory, virtually every church doctrine in the world implicitly introduces a “Third Way” to get to heaven. This theological detour morphs the finished work of Christ into a hybrid system of human effort, cultural conformity, or organizational loyalty.

The Anatomy of the “Third Way”

The historical “Third Way” nickname originally belonged to the early post-apostolic church, which refused to either fully merge with pagan Roman culture or completely isolate from it. They were a unique, heavenly commonwealth operating subversively within the physical world.

However, in modern doctrinal practice, the “Third Way” has evolved into an accidental gospel. It manifests when churches layer human prerequisites on top of the New Covenant. These manifestations typically fall into three dangerous categories:

1. Neo-Legalism (The Hybrid Covenant)

The most common “Third Way” is a subtle slide back into the Old Covenant under the guise of Christian maturity. While the New Covenant states that salvation is a gift, many church doctrines teach that a believer enters by grace but stays by meticulous performance. This includes:

  • Strict adherence to denomination-specific dress codes or dietary laws.
  • The mandatory observance of specific calendar days as a metric for salvation.
  • Treating active church service, tithing, or ministry benchmarks as the invisible “fine print” of eternal life.

2. Institutional Exclusivity (The Denominational Gate)

Many corporate church doctrines create a “Third Way” by shifting the focus from an individual’s position in Christ to their standing within a specific church organization. In these environments, the implicit message is clear: Christ saves you, but only if you are a card-carrying member of our specific institution, baptized exclusively by our leadership, and aligned perfectly with our localized traditions.

3. Cultural Realignment (The Political Gospel)

Conversely, some progressive or mainstream doctrines construct a “Third Way” by wedding the church to the shifting morals of secular culture. Instead of relying on spiritual regeneration, salvation is subtly redefined as social engineering, political activism, or intellectual enlightenment.

Why the “Third Way” Fails

When church doctrines construct an alternative path, they inadvertently revive the fatal flaw of the Old Covenant: relying on human flesh to accomplish what only the Holy Spirit can do.

Covenant FrameworkSource of PowerUltimate Outcome
The Old Covenant (1st Way)External human adherence to physical laws.Condemnation and spiritual bankruptcy.
The New Covenant (2nd Way)Internal power of the Holy Spirit via faith.Guaranteed eternal life and true righteousness.
The Doctrinal “Third Way”A mixture of Christ’s grace and human performance.Exhaustion, spiritual pride, or deep insecurity.

By trying to build a modern “Third Way,” doctrines take the focus off the empty tomb and put it back onto human resumes. It implies that Jesus’s final words on the cross—“It is finished”—were actually conditional.

Returning to the Only Way

The true church is not meant to invent a new theological road to eternity. The New Covenant does not require a supplement. It demands a total surrender to the reality that salvation cannot be manufactured by church policy, earned by human sweat, or guaranteed by a denominational label.

To dismantle the deceptive “Third Way,” believers and ministries must strip away the secondary traditions accumulated over centuries. The message must return to its purest, most scandalous form: there is a First Way that proved we couldn’t save ourselves, and a Second Way where God did it all. Any third path is a mirage

Here are the specific New Testament scriptures that directly contrast the Old Covenant, establish the New Covenant as the only way, and explicitly warn against creating a “Third Way” through human doctrine or legalism.

1. Stripping Away the Old Covenant (The First Way)

These passages explain that the Old Covenant was a temporary tutor designed to show humanity its weakness, and it has been completely fulfilled and set aside.

  • Hebrews 8:13 — “By calling this covenant ‘new,’ he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and outdated will soon disappear.”
  • Galatians 3:24–25 — “So the law was our guardian until Christ came that we might be justified by faith. Now that this faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian.”
  • Colossians 2:14 — “…having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross.”

2. Establishing the New Covenant (The Second & Only Way)

These scriptures emphasize that Christ’s sacrifice is completely sufficient, requiring no human supplements, corporate organizations, or performance metrics to guarantee heaven.

  • John 14:6 — Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
  • Ephesians 2:8–9 — “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.”
  • Hebrews 10:14 — “For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.”
  • Romans 11:6 — “And if by grace, then it cannot be based on works; if it were, grace would no longer be grace.”

3. Warnings against the Doctrinal “Third Way” (Human Traditions)

These passages directly confront the church’s tendency to invent extra-biblical requirements, rules, and institutional gates that distort the simple gospel.

  • Galatians 1:6–7 — “I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel—which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ.”
  • Galatians 3:3 — “Are you so foolish? After beginning by means of the Spirit, are you now trying to finish by means of the flesh?”
  • Colossians 2:8 — “See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ.”
  • Matthew 15:9 — “They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely human rules.”

THE 3RD WAY CHURCH – 1ST WAY = OLD COVENANT. 2ND AND ONLY WAY = NEW COVENANT, BUT EVERY CHURCH DOCTRINE IN THE WORLD HAS A 3RD WAY TO GET TO HEAVEN

Exposing the Denominational “Third Ways”

While the New Testament presents a flawless binary—the Old Covenant of law (the First Way) and the New Covenant of Christ’s blood (the Second and Only Way)—the major branches of Christendom have spent centuries engineering their own theological detours.

By adding institutional gates, sacrament systems, and behavioral checklists, global church doctrines routinely craft a conditional “Third Way” to heaven.

[ OBSOLETE / INSUFFICIENT ]    [ THE ONLY TRUE PATH ]

1. The Roman Catholic “Third Way”: The Sacramental & Purgatorial Maze

The official doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church merges the grace of the New Covenant with a system of ongoing human cooperation and ritual maintenance. Rather than treating salvation as a finished, legally binding transaction completed at the cross, Catholic dogma treats justification as a lifelong process that can be lost and must be constantly restored.

  • The Doctrinal Prerequisite: Salvation requires physical participation in the Seven Sacraments (beginning with water baptism for regeneration), remaining in a state of grace by avoiding mortal sin, and undergoing post-mortem purification in Purgatory for temporal punishments.
  • The Scriptural Conflict: This framework mimics the repetitive, cyclical nature of the Old Covenant priesthood. It directly violates Hebrews 10:14: “For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.” If Purgatory or penance is required to pay for sins, then Christ’s declaration of “It is finished” (John 19:30) is rendered incomplete.

2. The Eastern Orthodox “Third Way”: Salvation by Mystical Attainment (Theosis)

Eastern Orthodoxy largely rejects Western concepts of legal justification. Instead, its doctrine centers on Theosis—the lifelong, mystical process of becoming unified with God and partaking in the divine nature.

  • The Doctrinal Prerequisite: Heaven is not simply inherited by a declaration of faith; it is a summit reached through intense human synergy with God, achieved via monastic discipline, asceticism, liturgical participation, and fasting.
  • The Scriptural Conflict: While seeking holiness is biblical, making eternal life contingent upon spiritual attainment turns salvation into a merit-based pursuit. It runs headfirst into Romans 11:6: “And if by grace, then it cannot be based on works; if it were, grace would no longer be grace.”

3. The Protestant & Evangelical “Third Way”: The Performance Trap

Protestantism historically broke away from Rome by shouting Sola Fide (Faith Alone). However, modern Evangelicalism, Pentecostalism, and Reformed traditions frequently smuggle a “Third Way” through the back door under the banners of “Lordship Salvation,” holiness, or covenant compliance.

  • The Doctrinal Prerequisite: While teaching that we enter the Christian life by grace, these doctrines imply that we maintain our salvation through performance. Believers are told they must maintain a certain standard of behavior, dress codes, tithing benchmarks, or cultural separation. In some charismatic circles, salvation is tied directly to secondary spiritual manifestations, such as speaking in tongues.
  • The Scriptural Conflict: This is the exact “different gospel” that infuriated the Apostle Paul in the early church. He dismantled this hybrid system in Galatians 3:3: “Are you so foolish? After beginning by means of the Spirit, are you now trying to finish by means of the flesh?”

The Exclusivity of the Second Way

Every denominational “Third Way” shares a common symptom: it shifts the focus off the Savior and onto the Church organization or the individual’s spiritual resume. They take the yoke of Christ—which is easy and light—and replace it with the heavy, un-keepable burdens of human tradition (Matthew 15:9).

The New Testament leaves no room for denominational conditions. The Second Way is an absolute monopoly held exclusively by Jesus Christ.

Calvinism is a 3rd Way Church, Christian Zionism is a 3rd Way Church, Hyper Grace is a 3rd Way Church, The Apostolic Reformation is a 3rd Way Church, The Kingdom Now is a 3rd Way Church, Prosperity is a 3rd Way Church, The Pre and Mid Tribulation Rapture is a is a 3rd Way Church and Many more listed as Doctrines of demons, for demons brought the 3rd way to the Church.

Tea Time Manna

Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience.
This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants, who give their full time to governing. Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.
—Romans 13:5-6

Ouch! Most of us hate taxes. But we should also admit that we enjoy many of the privileges and blessings those taxes provide. Paul reminds us in Romans 13 that civil authorities are God’s tools to hold back anarchy, chaos, and lawlessness. Oh yes, I know, and Paul knew that some government officials abuse their positions. As Christians, most of us are immune, or should be, to most laws because our faith in Jesus and love for others are going to regulate our behavior far more strictly than any civil legal code. We obey them because we first obey Christ, who calls us to a higher standard. But I do have a responsibility — we “owe” it, Paul says, to our governments to be good citizens, respectful neighbors, and people who willingly honor those who have merited it and deserve it by law. Even when they don’t, we are called to reflect the character, grace, and strength of Jesus and the righteousness that he calls us to live.

Prayer

Almighty God, I pledge my allegiance to you. You alone are Sovereign, Ruler, King, and God. Because you have called me to honor the government authorities, I will, as long as they do not call me to disobey or dishonor you. Because you have lavished your grace on me so richly, I commit to live today in a way that honors my allegiance to you. In Jesus’ name, I pray to live up to these commitments. Amen and Amen

Truth Article by Pastor Dirk

The 144 000

Theology students from Several Religions has different outcome on discussions when they debate this Topic.

Who is the 144 000 that John speaks about in Revelation 7?

Rev 7:2-8 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.
Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand.
Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand.
Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.
1st Clue from this Chapter by John is this that the 144 000 is not Christians that was Born again from Gentiles! It gives the 12 Tribes of Israel, all Jews.
For the Gentiles or Jews that accepted Jesus Christ that becomes Christians is mentioned in the next section from verse 9.

Rev 7:9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

Verse 2 and 3 gives us another clue. This 144 000 is Jews that is saved before the Great Tribulation, for it speaks of the Seal of God and the Wrath of God.

Where else in the Bible do we read of Jews that will be saved and kept in save keeping until the 2nd Coming of Jesus Christ and the Rapture?
In Revelations 12,

Rev 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

Rev 12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
Who is this Jews that has to flee the Antichrist just before the Great Tribulation?

Jesus Gives the answer!
Mat 24:15-21 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take anything out of his house:
Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

This Prophecy from Jesus states, that during the 7 Year Peace agreements, This Portion of Israel called the Old Judea will be given to the Muslims Arabs called Palestine , AND in return the Jews will get approval to build their 3rd Jewish Temple according to Rev 11.

The Country Palestine will be born but several Jews that are currently staying in this aria will remain in the Country of Palestine because they have been living there, have businesses there and kids go to school there. As soon as the peace agreement is stopped by the Antichrist, The Jews in the Country of Palestine have to flee with minutes to spare.

This Jesus warned about, this will be the Jews that will have to flee to the Wilderness and 144 000 of them will be saved and sealed and kept save by angels until the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ and the Rapture.

The Rest of the Jews and Christians have to face the Great Tribulation.
Rev 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Everyone that bears the seal of the living God will be kept save during the Great Tribulation that includes the Wrath of God written in Rev 16.
The 5th Trumpet will announce the Wrath of God and that when the Born Again, Spirit Filled Christians will also be Marked by the seal of God for Psalm 91 protections during the wrath of God.

Rev 9:4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.

I hope this clear up the endless quarrel about this Topic.

The Death Of Authentic Worship? AI-Generated Christian Music Tops The Charts

A Christian song about heaven, grief, and the loss of a loved one has accomplished something remarkable. It climbed to number one on the U.S. iTunes music chart, competing against some of the biggest names in the industry.

There is just one problem. The singer delivering those emotional lyrics may not be a real person at all.

The song, “Tell Me, How Is Heaven?” was released by an act called May the Lord Studio. Its YouTube video has attracted millions of views, while the project has built an enormous social media following.

But behind the moving vocals and carefully crafted imagery is a music operation that acknowledges using artificial intelligence. Reports identify the popular AI music platform Suno as the technology behind the recording.

Yet listeners purchasing the song on iTunes may never realize the voice moving them to tears was artificially generated.

Welcome to a new era of Christian music, where the person singing about heaven may never have experienced grief, never attended church, never prayed, and may not even exist.

When Artificial Faith Tops The Charts

The controversy isn’t simply that artificial intelligence helped create a popular song. Technology has transformed music production for decades.

What makes this development troubling is the possibility that listeners are forming emotional connections with what they believe is a genuine Christian performer, without realizing how much of that performance may be manufactured.

May the Lord Studio acknowledges AI involvement in its music, and some streaming platforms have identified that involvement. But how many grieving listeners investigate an artist’s website before downloading a song?

Most people assume that when they hear a powerful voice singing about heaven, there is an actual person behind the microphone.

They assume the performer has some connection to the emotions being expressed.

Those assumptions can no longer be taken for granted.

Should AI-generated performers compete on the same charts as human artists without unmistakable labeling?

The Difference Between Creativity And Deception

There is nothing inherently wrong with Christians exploring artificial intelligence as a creative tool.

Someone who writes heartfelt lyrics but lacks musical ability can now experiment with melodies, instruments, and arrangements. Small churches and independent Christian creators can produce music previously requiring expensive studios.

These possibilities are exciting.

The problem begins when technology stops assisting human creativity and starts replacing the human identity behind it.

Consider the difference between a songwriter using AI to arrange a song and a computer-generated singer presented through images, social media accounts, and music releases resembling an actual performer’s career.

One is a tool. The other risks becoming an artificial personality marketed as a human experience.

And in Christian music, that distinction matters.

A song about losing a loved one can speak directly to someone who has buried a spouse, parent, or child. Listeners may believe the performer understands their pain because they hear what sounds like genuine sorrow.

But a synthetic voice has never stood beside a grave. It has never wrestled with God through a sleepless night or experienced the comfort of Scripture during personal tragedy.

The human creators may have experienced those things. But listeners deserve to know whose testimony, if anyone’s, they are hearing.

Can A Machine Really Lead Someone In Worship?

Here is where the issue becomes especially important for Christians.

David wrote psalms flowing from repentance, suffering, and praise. Paul and Silas sang hymns while imprisoned. The early Church sang spiritual songs as expressions of genuine faith.

Biblical worship is not simply the production of beautiful sounds. It is an expression of the human heart directed toward God.

Jesus declared in John 4:24 that those who worship God must worship Him in spirit and truth.

A computer can reproduce the sound of worship. It can generate emotional lyrics and a voice that seems overwhelmed by God’s presence.

But it cannot worship God.

It cannot repent, believe, love Christ, or surrender its life to Him.

Certainly, God can use a song produced with AI to encourage a believer. The listener’s response can still be genuine worship.

But Christians must distinguish between an artificial performance of spiritual emotion and authentic spiritual experience.

When Christian Music Becomes A Factory

Imagine a music company generating dozens of Christian songs every week, testing which themes produce the strongest emotional responses, and releasing endless variations without hiring singers or musicians.

Songs about heaven, grief, healing, marriage, and personal struggles could be manufactured at extraordinary speed.

Artificial performers could receive names, faces, biographies, and social media personalities designed to appeal to particular Christian audiences.

Unlike human performers, these digital personalities would never grow tired, demand compensation, or need time away from recording.

The temptation would be obvious: manufacture whatever sells.

Christian music already operates within a commercial industry where popularity and streaming numbers influence what gets promoted. AI could accelerate those pressures dramatically.

A song about heaven could become another product optimized for grieving customers.

That does not establish that May the Lord Studio intended to exploit anyone. But it demonstrates why transparency matters.

The Church Must Demand Something Better

Apple and other music platforms don’t necessarily need to ban AI-generated songs. But they should require clear disclosure when artificial voices or performers are used.

Christian radio stations, worship playlists, and publishers should establish similar standards.

Churches should also resist replacing human-led worship with synthetic performances simply because they sound polished and cost less.

There is a difference between using technology to support ministry and allowing technology to manufacture the appearance of ministry.

And that distinction is becoming increasingly important.

When Everything Sounds Spiritual, What Is Real?

Artificial intelligence is rapidly learning to imitate the outward expressions of human faith. It can simulate compassion, produce persuasive sermons, generate convincing testimonies, and sing songs that sound deeply spiritual.

Soon, Christians may encounter virtual worship leaders who never existed, inspirational testimonies from fictional believers, and entire online ministries built around artificial personalities.

The question is no longer whether AI can sound Christian.

It already can.

Scripture repeatedly warns believers against confusing outward appearances with spiritual reality. First John 4:1 instructs Christians to test the spirits rather than blindly accepting every spiritual claim.

That principle of discernment becomes especially relevant when technology can manufacture convincing religious experiences.

A beautiful voice is not proof of a faithful heart. Emotional lyrics are not evidence of genuine testimony. And millions of views do not establish spiritual authenticity.

An AI-generated Christian song reaching number one on iTunes may seem like a small development today.

But it raises a question the Church cannot afford to ignore:

When machines can perfectly imitate the sound of worship, will we still care whether there is a worshiper behind the voice?

The Very Real “Grid Down” Scenario From Cyberattacks

We live at a time when we are facing a relentless wave of AI cyberattacks, and they are becoming insanely sophisticated. On Monday, refrigeration units in supermarkets all over Europe were successfully attacked. But I am not going to talk about that today.

In this article, I am going to talk about the sort of AI cyberattack that could turn off your electricity for an extended period of time. This is not a theoretical threat. Hackers have been repeatedly attacking Internet-exposed programmable logic controllers in recent months, and a successful attack could potentially plunge a large portion of the country into darkness right in the middle of the winter.

Evaluating these types of threats is what GovAI does.

It is literally their job.

So perhaps we should pay attention when GovAI tells us that a single AI cyberattack “could cut off power to 100 million people and cost the economy $100 billion”…

GovAI specializes in examining AI threats and risk management. It claims its mission is to help governments and industries to “navigate the transition to a world with advanced AI.” Recently, it has forecast what would happen if AI shut down part of the US electrical grid. Such a cyberattack could cut off power to 100 million people and cost the economy $100 billion. The financial forecast assumes a weeklong blackout.

Because our system is decentralized, a single cyberattack would not cause a nationwide blackout.

But even a successful attack on one region could create all sorts of chaos…

The crippling of the grid could happen in two ways. One such attack could cause a physical breakdown. Another could target hundreds of other weak spots in the system. The analysis adds that smaller attacks are more likely.

“The $100 billion grid cyberattack scenario remains useful for understanding the broader range of cyber risks to critical infrastructure, including those at lower damage thresholds.” The authors add that attacking one region would be easier and more likely than a nationwide attack. This makes sense. The US electricity infrastructure is controlled in several huge regions.

It was never a good idea to connect our energy infrastructure to the Internet.

Now we are extremely vulnerable, and there are no easy solutions.

In August, five alphabet agencies issued a very ominous warning.

They announced that hackers have been conducting cyberattacks on Siemens S7 series industrial controllers…

On Aug. 19, the NSA, CISA, FBI, Department of Energy and EPA warned that cyber actors are targeting U.S.-based Siemens S7 series industrial controllers with AI-generated exploitation scripts. These controllers help operate real machinery. The sectors at risk include power, water, manufacturing, chemicals and food production.

A successful attack would not merely steal information. Federal officials warn it could interrupt industrial processes, damage equipment or create safety problems. The government calls this an active threat, not a theoretical one.

If an AI cyberattack allows hackers to take control of Internet-exposed programmable logic controllers, they could potentially do a tremendous amount of damage.

Apparently hackers affiliated with Iran have been targeting Internet-exposed PLCs “since at least April 2026″…

Iran-affiliated threat actors have been targeting internet-exposed PLCs across multiple critical infrastructure sectors, including energy, since at least April 2026. The attacks involve unauthorized access to exposed industrial devices, with some incidents later resulting in changes to controller project files and operator display data. While widespread outages have not been reported, the campaign highlights the risk posed by publicly accessible operational technology and the potential for follow-on disruptive activity.

Hackers affiliated with Iran have also been targeting power facilities in Europe, and in July they were able to successfully shut down one facility for a period of four days…

A small U.K. power facility was forced to shut down for four days in July after a cyberattack linked to Iran-nexus hackers, government officials have confirmed.

Government officials said the attack, first reported by The Telegraph, was limited to one facility, which they did not identify, and noted there was no wider impact to the country’s energy grid.

“This story refers to an incident impacting a small-scale energy generator, and at no point was there a risk to the wider energy system,” a government spokesperson told Cybersecurity Dive.

The next month, hackers affiliated with Iran were able to cause “limited disruption” for water systems in a number of U.S. states…

Iranian-linked hackers targeted U.S. water systems across at least a dozen states, with more than 100 facilities reportedly affected. The IRGC-linked CyberAv3ngers group claimed responsibility, though the U.S. government has not publicly attributed the campaign. The attacks caused limited disruption, including reduced water pressure and a boil-water advisory in Georgia, but normal water access and drinking water quality were not broadly affected.

Needless to say, Iranian hackers are not the best hackers in the world.

Not even close.

Russian hackers are far more sophisticated, and they apparently targeted Poland’s power grid in December 2025…

The Russian state-sponsored APT named Sandworm was behind the December 2025 cyberattack targeting Poland’s power grid, cybersecurity firm ESET reports.

Poland’s energy infrastructure, including two combined heat and power (CHP) plants and a renewable energy management system, was targeted by hackers on December 29-30, and Polish officials blamed Russia for the assault.

Said to have been the largest cyberattack against Poland in years, the December 2025 incident was thwarted before it could cause a blackout or compromise critical infrastructure, the country’s officials said earlier this month.

The Chinese are supposedly much better than the Russians are, and so let us hope that we don’t have a major conflict with China any time soon.

Of course many of the best hacking organizations in the world are not connected to any national government.

Offensive AI cyberthreats are only going to become more powerful over time, and so this is a crisis that is not going to go away.

Today, we are talking about freezers and refrigerators going haywire all over Europe…

Apparent cyberattacks targeted supermarket freezers and fridges in Sweden, Belgium, Luxembourg and Estonia on Monday, causing some food spoilage.

This is not the first time such an issue has occurred. Last month, hackers targeted hundreds of supermarket chains across France, forcing the temperature of their fridges and freezers up to 122 degrees Fahrenheit and causing fires and food spoilage.

Monday’s apparent cyberattack impacted a number of supermarket chains. ICA Group supermarket chain spokesperson Gustaf Nilsson told news agency TT that “a limited number” of stores were affected overnight by an incident that affected refrigeration and freezing systems, The Associated Press reported in Sweden.

Tomorrow, we could be talking about a much more serious incident that has happened.

Our entire way of life now depends upon the Internet.

It is just a matter of time before we pay a very great price for being so foolish.

Our military leaders are starting to wake up to the threat posed by AI cyberattacks, and that is why they have initiated “Project FORTRESS”…

The announcement of the Pentagon’s FORTRESS initiative has drawn attention to the U.S. military’s strategies aiming to bolster its energy resilience amid concerns over grid reliability, supply-chain disruptions and other potential threats.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth unveiled the Federal Operations for Resilience, Troop Resources, Energy, Supply, and Survivability (FORTRESS) initiative on September 30 in a memo, dubbing it “the nation’s insurance policy” to ensure the U.S. would still be able to obtain the materials it needs and carry out operations if traditional supply chains were cut off.

The Pentagon’s focus on resilience mirrors a broader emphasis on preparedness seen in other countries. Last week in Britain, officials encouraged households to keep basic emergency supplies available for short-term disruptions such as storms, infrastructure failures and power outages, as part of its Be Ready campaign.

At the moment, the U.S. military is very heavily dependent on our power grids.

In an effort to change that, nuclear microreactors will be installed at five U.S. military bases around the nation.

But what about the rest of us?

Is a “grid down scenario” the reason why governments all over the world are urging their citizens to stockpile food, water and other essential supplies?

Or is something else going on that they aren’t telling us about?

Personally, I am even more concerned about an apocalyptic scenario erupting in the Middle East when fighting with Iran begins again.

And Russia and our NATO allies are closer to direct conflict than they have ever been before.

There are so many ways that things could go horrifyingly wrong during the months ahead, and so we should cherish these moments of relative stability while we still have them.

⚖️ The Hardest Truth: Human Innocence is a Myth

The bottom line is that the Bible firmly shatters the comforting concept of the “innocent unbeliever” or the inherently “good person” by declaring that no human being is born innocent, and all are spiritually accountable to God.
While popular culture often embraces hopeful sentimentality about human nature, scripture presents a much heavier reality: everyone is born into a broken, sinful state and desperately requires a savior.

📖 The Anatomy of a Hard Biblical Truth

An examination of scriptural principles reveals three core aspects of this difficult message:

  1. Universal Accountability (Romans 1 & 3)

A common defense for humanity is ignorance—the idea that those who have never heard the gospel must be exempt from judgment. However, the book of Romans outlines an unsettling reality:

  • Creation Leaves No Excuse: According to Romans 1, human beings are surrounded by God’s creation and experience an inner conscience, yet naturally suppress this truth.
  • The Reality of Sin: Instead of seeking God independently, humanity historically fashions self-made religions or worships created things.
  • The Verdict: As written in Romans 3:23, “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”. Ignorance does not equate to innocence; it highlights a state of separation.
  1. Human Effort Cannot Save (John 6:63)

In John 6:63, Jesus delivers another sharp reality check: “The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing.”

  • This concept historically drove many of Jesus’ early followers to abandon Him because it was too difficult to accept.
  • It serves as a reminder that no amount of personal morality, legalism, or human effort can bridge the gap to eternal life. Salvation requires complete reliance on the Holy Spirit rather than self-reliance.
  1. The Gravity of Divine Justice (2 Thessalonians 1)

Perhaps the most jarring truth is the finality of divine judgment. Scripture does not shy away from the concept of eternal separation from God for those who reject Him.

  • As noted in 2 Thessalonians 1:9, those who reject the truth face “the penalty of eternal destruction and exclusion from the presence of the Lord.”
  • Ironically, theologians note this hard truth is meant to restrain personal revenge among believers. Knowing that ultimate justice rests solely with God enables Christians to show love and kindness even to their enemies, leaving retribution entirely to divine wrath.

⚡ Why the Hard Truth Matters

If ignorance were a valid excuse that granted salvation, sharing the gospel would logically be an act of cruelty, as it would instantly introduce accountability. The entire biblical mandate for missions and evangelism hinges on this exact “hard truth”: humanity is already lost, and the gospel is the only rescue mission available
